Meagan began working for Printing Solutions at the age of 16 while attending high school at Rancho Bernardo.
She spent 20 years in printing and decided at the age of 33 to pursue a degree. She worked full time, ran a household and accomplished her goal; graduating from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s in Business Management in 2020. Her goal is to successfully carry on the family business and pass it along to her children as it will be a 3rd generational company. She is very passionate about what she does and loves to help people!

Chris has been creating fantastic graphic designs for over 30 years. He has also been a professional photographer and worked for an advertising agency
Chris enjoys rising to meet new creative challenges and likes to say, "It’s a good day when I learn something new!”

- Chris is an avid baseball fan.
- Also works part-time for the San Diego Padres
Monika joined the printing industry in 1994 and knew nothing about printing. She learned from the school of hard knox. She purchased Printing Solutions in January 2005.
Fun Fact:
- Speaks fluent German
- All American – 3x state champion swimmer (holds the record at Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis, IN) to this day for free style.
Alex has been with Printing Solutions over four years and enjoys being creative and efficient. He is very meticulous and precise in his work. Alex always has a can-do attitude and an essential part of the team. He is a multi-tasker handling the shops Bindery and Deliveries.

Olivia attends high school in Escondido and works part-time with the team here at Printing Solutions.
